We always take the greatest care for the quality of our products and their packaging. However, a product may arrive at your doorstep with a defect, caused during production or shipment or missing parts. In such cases, you can make a warranty claim.
Please check the quality of the items when they arrive. If you want to make a warranty claim, you are legally obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect is covered by warranty, you can send the product back to us and we will take care of the repair or replacement free of charge.
This warranty relates to defects in material or workmanship or caused by the shipment. It does not cover any problem or damage to an item that is caused by or originates from:
- Installation failures
- Assembly failures
- Intentional modifications
- Misuse or mishandling of the product
- Theft or loss of the product
If there are parts missing we will send those to you free of charge.
If you’re not satisfied with a product or our service, we are happy to resolve this. We ask you to report your complaint to us by sending an email to email@example.com.
If this doesn’t lead to a solution, or if you are you not satisfied with our solution, you can register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. For EU consumers it is also possible to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. The ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/.
