Online Store Software

WordPress and WooCommerce

Our webshop has been developed with software from wordpress and WooCommerce, we host our webshop on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist in any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.

Email and mailing lists

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automatically sent via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share information with third parties in this context.

gmail

We use the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially

We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. Paypal.com

We use the Paypal.com platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Paypal.com processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Paypal.com has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Paypal.com reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and in this context (anonymised) data with
to share with third parties. Klarna

We also give customers the possibility to use the payment services of Klarna (www.klarna.com). In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide a name and e-mail address. We keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
