Not exactly as in the picture. Firstly, you will receive the lamp as a kit, which you have to assemble yourself. (Don’t worry, with the clear manual that comes with it, that’s a snap!) In addition, the light source is not included.

The Mini-spot and Atmosphere lamps have an E14 fitting. All other lamps use an E27 fitting. Use an LED light source with an A to A++ rating with a maximum of 10 Watts.

The length of the cord is indicated for each lamp on the product page of each lamp.

• All landscape/standing lamps: 1.7 meters with cord switch and a type C plug.
• All hanging lamps: 1.5 meters with ceiling cap and a hook bracket.

Note: All Mini spots and Atmosphere table lamps from before 01-09-2019 have a 1.5 meter cord with cord switch and a type C plug.

Of course, anything is possible, and if you’re a little handy you will certainly succeed. You can find many suppliers of colored and/or longer cords online and offline. Please realize that we do not recommend this and that all warranty and liability on our part also lapses if you make adjustments to a product yourself.

No problem can happen. We can replace parts at any time. You will receive the part from us, but we do ask for a contribution towards the shipping costs.

We ship our products to all countries within the EU. If you live somewhere else, send us a message and we will find out whether and at what rate we can help you.

We aim to ship orders via our website (made on working days Monday to Friday) on the day of order. If this does not work, we will ship the first working day after the day of order.

That depends on many factors. However, packages sent to addresses within the Netherlands will usually arrive the day after shipment. Packages abroad are often longer on the way, take 3 to 8 days as a starting point.

You have the right to cancel your order, without giving any reason, within 14 days. Simply let us know via a message . Return the product unused and undamaged within 14 days of notification and we will refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
